"Choosing products from cattle that have been rasied on pasture all of their lives
eliminates the possibility of mad cow disease because the animals are never fed
anything but pasture grasses, hay, and grass silage." (from, www.eatwild.com)

So this is what the fuss is all about . . . truly
HEALTHFUL, DELICOUS FOOD for HAPPY CUSTOMERS!

One Happy Customer Says...

"Looking forward to our new supply of beef. Everyone we’ve served raves it’s the best and we think so also. I’ve tried
lots of organic beef from various sources, and yours is the very best. You can quote me on that." David Overton, PA-C
of our children depends largely on what we eat today.

But, for decades, the food industry has largely ignored the healthfulness of its products while pressing to meet the consumer's insatiable desire for a year-round supply of fantastically "fresh," perfectly pretty, tongue-tantalizing, easy-to-fix anything that sounds good for supper tonight.  We have almost all forgotten that healthful food is the result of common sense,

soils, seasons, and sound agricultural practices carried out by people who care about their customers and the quality & healthfulness of their products.

That's where Bradrick Family Farms and numerous other small, local, family-operated farms come in.  Many of us know that, to be healthful, food must be produced the way God intended it to be.  And that when it is, it will be healthful, satisfying, and delicious.

For example, ruminant animals were created to eat grass and to live most healthfully on pasture, not in tight confinement.  A steady diet of lush, varied greens greatly increases the essential healthful nutrients in the resulting meat products.

Therefore, Start-to-Finish Pastured Beef and Lamb contains four times the vitamin E, eight times the beta-carotene, and three times the essential omega-3 fatty acids as grain fed meat. In addition, these products do not contain the abundance of unhealthy fat that is found in grain finished meat.

And when Chicken & Turkeys (which were created to be seed eaters as well as grazers) are allowed continual access to lush pasture in addition to organic grains, they too are much lower in fat & higher in the essential nutrients than those fed grain only.

Avoiding illness is a second important reason for knowing what you are eating and for choosing grass fed & finished meat raised by producers you can know and trust.  Not surprisingly, BSE and E. coli are virtually unheard of in pasture fed and finished livestock.
So what's the BIG FUSS about start-to-finish
GRASS FED meat products?

Well, our future health and the health
